Sources have revealed that the Pakistani terrorist Omar Farooq who was killed in March 2019 was in a relationship with a girl named Insha Jaan. The agency had received many digital evidence from him. This included chats, phone calls and photos of both. Then NIA reached Insha Jaan. Insha Jaan herself was helping the terrorists.
Pakistani terrorists were exploiting this girl for a long time and she helped them to get stuff from one place to another. The girl had joined the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed since she was a minor. Now her age is stated to be 23 years. Even before the Pulwama attack, she was constantly in touch with Pakistani terrorists. She was also known to visit their hideouts in the valley.
Omar Farooq is a relative of Jaish-e-Mohammed master Masood Azhar. Masood Azhar is also named in the charge sheet filed against the perpetrators of the Pulwama attack. It is learned that Insha Jaan used to bring information related to the movement of security forces to Omar.
Insha Jaan was caught by NIA from Kakapora village in Pulwama. After being apprehended, she recognized many terrorists and also helped for their arrest. Another big claim is being made by sources. That is, the terrorists were buying most of the goods online to make IED bombs. Myntra and Snapdeal have been openly named to have helped them secretly purchase RDX.
