Chattisgarh : Six underage among eight arrested on charges of violating school girl
Balrampur : A class 9 girl was sexually assaulted by eight men for 13 days. The girl went to meet her friends, where she met a guy, who took the girl with him and sexually assaulted her. After that, the guy handed over the girl to his friends, who violated her body for 13 days. All the accused are arrested by the police. Six suspects are underage.
According to the information, November 20, the girl went to Ambikapur to meet her friends without informing her parents, where she met a guy from the area of Gandhinagar police station and went with him. The accused sexually assaulted the victim for a few days and then handed her over to her friends. Eight people sexually assaulted the victim one by one on different days by which the girl got afflicted.
According to Rajpur police station in-charge, Fardinand Kujur, two accused in police custody are adults while six are minors. The police also registered a case of rape and the Pocso act after the abduction section in this case. Along with this, the police had produced two of the accused in the court from where they have been sent to jail on judicial remand while the remaining 6 minors will be produced in the police court and take further action.
