Covid-19: Singer SP Balasubramanian dies at 74

Mumbai : SP Balasubramaniam, who gave voice to extremely popular songs like ‘Aaja Shaam Hone Aayi’, ‘Tere mere Bich Me’, ‘Mujhse Juda Ho Kar’, ‘Dil Deewana Bin Sajna Ke Mane Na’, ‘Mere Rang Mein Rangne Wali’, ‘Aaja Madhur Chandni Mein Hum’, ‘Aya Mausam Dosti Ka’, is no more. On August 5, 2020, he was reported to be Corona positive, and on August 13, his health deteriorated. He was hospitalized for a long time. He had defeated the Covid-19, but he was still on the life support system. His departure is certainly a deep loss for Bollywood.

SP Bala Balasubramaniam sang many superhit songs in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages apart from Hindi. Apart from Singer, he was also a music director, dubbing artist and actor. Balasubramanian received six National Awards for playback singing, the songs were in different languages. He also received the Filmfare Awards in Bollywood. SP Bala Subramaniam had sung many songs for Salman Khan.
