Gujarat : Man from Magarwada gets title of Lieutenant in Punjab just at 22

Palanpur: A farmer from Magarwada village in Vadgam taluka got his son join the army to serve the country instead of engaging him in traditional farming. This young man has also fulfilled his father’s dream by getting the title of Lieutenant in Punjab at an early age after hard work. At the same time, he has given pride to the god as well as the Chaudhary community of Vadgam 11 village.

Jayaraj Chaudhary, a native of Magarwada in Vadgam taluka, who is on duty in Punjab, said, “My father Laxmanbhai Chaudhary is a farmer. Mother Keshiben Chaudhary has retired after working as a teacher in Virpur Government School. Elder sister Rutvi Chaudhary is an engineer. My father’s dream was that I become an officer in the army, which has come true today with his blessings.”

Jayaraj Chaudhary has become a source of inspiration for Magarwada village as well as 11 villages’ god and the entire Banaskantha Chaudhary community by creating a prominent identity and talent in the society.

Jayaraj took primary education from standard 1 to 5 in Palanpur Vidyamandir. He then completed his studies from Std. 6 to 12 at Balachadi Sainik School, Jamnagar. And after passing the National Defense Academy (NDA) examination for the first time, he completed his military course at the Indian Military (IMA), Dehradun, diligently, faithfully, and joined the Indian Army as a Lieutenant at the young age of 22.
