Dubai: Yesterday’s IPL match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab, the captain of Kings XI Punjab team Lokesh Rahul hit the first century of IPL 2020 with a bang and scored an unbeaten 132 runs in the match. Thereafter, Lokesh Rahul revealed the secret behind is marvelous innings. He said, “I was talking to Glenn Maxwell before the match and told him that I could not focus these days and not able to bat well. On this he told me that you are perfectly doing very well”.
Further, Lokesh Rahul said that, to be honest, I was nervous about it. Then I thought, if I spend time at the crease, it can remove the pressure by going ahead with two big hits, but as a captain you do not have much time to do it. However, I always try to prepare myself as a player. Our strategy against Royal Challengers Bangalore was clear, as we knew they had a good batting line-up. So we have to score big runs on the score board.
Ravi Bishnoi, Lokesh Rahul said that he made a good comeback despite expensive bowling in the beginning. I first saw him playing in the Under-19 World Cup. However, he was nervous to bowl in front of AB de Villiers and Aaron Finch but did his best, added kings eleven captain.
