Mumbai : Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha and son Akash Ambani have secured a place in Fortune’s list of ’40 Under 40′. Apart from these, Biju Ravindran, founder of edTech startup Byju’s from India and Manu Jain, managing director of Xiaomi India have also found a place in this list.

It is worth noting that Fortune has released a list of 40 top entrepreneurs in the world within 40 years in the categories of Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Politics and Media and Entertainment. Each category includes 40 celebrities whose age is below 40. IIsha and Akash Ambani’s name is included in the technology category.
Apart from Isha and Akash Ambani from India, Biju Ravindran, founder of edTech startup Byju’s and Manu Kumar Jain, managing director of Xiaomi India, have also found a place in this list. Manu had earlier founded the e-commerce company Jabong which has been sold to Flipkart.
According to Fortune, Isha and Akash have played an important role in advancing Jio. Fortune has also praised the role of Akash and Isha in launching JioMart. In May itself, Reliance launched JioMart. In India’s fast growing e-commerce market, Reliance is now posing a challenge to giants like Amazon and Flipkart.
About Ravindran, according to news agency PTI, Fortune has said that he showed the world how it is possible to create a highly successful online education company. Fortune said that he should expand his business to countries like America and Britain.
Both Akash and Isha are twin children of Mukesh Ambani. Both of them successfully completed the $ 5.7 billion mega deal with Facebook for a 9.99% stake. The work of connecting companies like Google, Qualcomm and Intel with Reliance and getting investment from them was also completed under these leadership.
Akash holds an Economics degree from Brown University and joined his family business in 2014. At the same time, Isha joined Jio after 1 year. Isha has studied at institutions like Yale, Stanford.
