MHADA Flats: Registration process starts today 5pm; lucky draw in January 2021

Pune: Registration process for availing flats in Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli districts, including Pune, under the Maharashtra Housing and Regional Development Board (MHADA) scheme is starting today. The lucky draw for these flats will be conducted in January 2021

The registration process for this will be initiated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on December 10 in Mumbai. After that, online registration of applications for flats under MHADA will start at 5 pm.

Minister of State for Housing Satej Patil, Principal Secretary of Housing S.K.V.R Srinivasan and MHADA vice-president, Anil Diggikar will be present, said MHADA chief Nitin Mane Patil.

Through Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, applications can be filled for 514 flats at Mahalunge (Chakan) in Pune district,296 at Talegaon Dhabade, 77 at Group No. 238/1, 239 at Karmala in Solapur district and 74 at Survey No. 215/3 at Sangli.

There are 87 flats at Morwadi Pimpri and 992 flats at Pimpri Waghere in Pune district and there are 129 flats in Sangli.

Under the ‘first come first served basis’ scheme, there are 1880 flats at Mahalunge, 14 at Dive, and four at Saswad in Pune district. And 82 houses in Solapur.

There are 410 flats in Pune Municipal Cooperation area, 1,020 flats in Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Cooperation area and 68 flats in Kolhapur Municipal Cooperation, under 20 percent comprehensive housing scheme.

Online Application for flats: From 5 pm on December 10 to 11.59 pm on January 11.
