Due to this, all kinds of factories, companies, temples and mosques in the country banned the movement of people. The slow unlock process has started. After about five months, the government had already given conditional permission for the yatra of Maa Vaishno Devi. Now online registration and helicopter booking for Vaishno Devi Yatra will also start from August 26 (Wednesday).

Ramesh Kumar Jangid, CEO of Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has confirmed this. He said, “Vaishno Devi online registration and helicopter booking will start from August 26 to September 5.” During this, tourists can visit Mata Vaishno Devi by helicopter and online booking. Government had stopped the Vaishno Devi Yatra from 18 March 2020. It has been restored again from 16 August.

Special rules were made for darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVSB) has fixed a maximum limit of 2,000 pilgrims every day in the first week, out of which 1,900 tourists will be from Jammu and Kashmir and the remaining 100 will be from outside. After this, the situation will be reviewed and decisions will be taken accordingly. Seeing improvement in the situation, the board has restored helicopter service and travel registration service.
