New Delhi : The health of former Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) President and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan has worsened. He is admitted in ICU of Fortis Hospital in Delhi. In such a situation, it is not possible for son Chirag Paswan to leave for Bihar. For this reason, he has written a poignant letter to party workers and leaders stating their compulsions. Assembly elections are to be held in the month of October-November in Bihar.

In a letter to party leaders and activists, Chirag discussed the health of his father Ram Vilas, who has been admitted to the ICU of a hospital in Delhi for the last three weeks. For this reason Chirag has stated his compulsion not to come to Bihar. He said about seat sharing that he has not spoken to anyone.

Chirag Paswan has written in his letter that “During the Corona period, just because people do not have any problem in getting ration, so Papa (Ram Vilas Paswan) kept postponing his routine health checkup, due to which he became a little unwell. He has been undergoing treatment for the last three weeks and I hope that he will get well soon and return among us.”

In the letter, Chirag has written that as a son, I get very upset after seeing my father in the hospital. Papa suggested to me to go to Patna many times but being a son it is not possible for me to go anywhere leaving Papa in ICU. Today when he needs me, I should stay with him.”

Chirag has said that as party president, he is also concerned about the colleagues who have dedicated their lives to ‘Bihar First Bihari First’. I want to clarify that till now there has been no discussion with the alliance partners about the future of Bihar nor the coordination of seats.
