In fact, during the investigation of the case, the team of ED got many important information that many people coming to Sushant’s house have also been related to drug mafias. Along with this, the ED also wrote a letter to the NCB to investigate the matter only after the connection of mafias who were very active inside Dubai and Mumbai came to light. Considering the seriousness of this matter, the team of Narcotics Control Bureau has started the investigation with the approval of the matter.

A team of Narcotics Control Bureau has registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Shovik Chakraborty, Shruti Modi, along with Gaurav Arya, a resident of Pune, and many such suspected unknown accused. According to ED sources, accused Gaurav Arya is a resident of Pune but he has a very high level of drugs mafia network in Goa, NCB team will investigate in detail about the same case.

The Delhi unit of the Narcotics Control Bureau is investigating this case. The investigation of the matter has started under the supervision of Delhi-based deputy director KPS Malhotra. According to NCB, a case has been registered in this case under sections 20, 22, 27, 28, 29 in the NDPS Act. With this, a case has been registered against several unknown accused.

According to NCB sources, the case will also be investigated against those whom the ED has named the accused in their FIR. ED had received inputs that several suspected drug smugglers had links with Rhea’s brother and his employees, so there is a speculation that Sushant would have been brought close to death by constantly giving him a dose of drugs.
