Sushant Singh Case : PIL Filed in Bombay High Court to Stop Media Trial

Mumbai : A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Sushant Singh Rajput case in the Bombay High Court on Thursday. This PIL has been filed to stop the media trial in the Sushant case. The petition has demanded from the High Court that in the case of Sushant Singh’s death, TV and print media should be stopped from media trials. The Central Investigation Agency CBI is investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput case. On Wednesday, the Narcotics Control Bureau has also filed a case under NDPS Act against Rhea Chakraborty and others. The bureau will investigate the drug angle in the case.

Earlier, Sushant’s father Krishna Kumar Singh had made serious allegations against Rhea Chakraborty on Thursday morning. Speaking to news agency ANI, KK Singh said, ‘Rhea was giving poison to my son for a long time. She is a murderer. The investigating agency should immediately arrest Rhea and her accomplices and get them punished.’

At the same time, Rhea Chakraborty has expressed her and her family’s life in danger. Rhea has shared a video on Instagram, writing about how she and her family are surrounded by people while coming and going to cooperate in the investigation.

Sushant’s father had already filed an FIR in Patna on the charges of economic crime and mental torture to Sushant Singh. After the approval of the Supreme Court, the CBI is now investigating in this case. At the same time, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating the allegations of money laundering.
