New Delhi: More the three months are passed since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has departed from this world and yet three largest investigative agencies of the country could not found whether this is a murder or suicide. Sushants’s family Lawyer Vikas Singh, has expressed displeasure over the delay in getting the investigation and justice and gave its statement that it is murder by strangulation.
In a tweet, Lawyer Vikas Singh said, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide”.
AIIMS Clears the Air
On the other hand, the forensic chief of AIIMS Sudhir Gupta said on Vikas Singh’s statement, “The investigation is going on now. What he is saying is not right. We just found the scars on the neck. We have not reach the conclusion yet l whether it is murder or suicide. It needs to be investigated further which is going on and no result has been drawn so far”.

On June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was reportedly found hanging from a fan at hie Mumbai flat. The case was earlier with the Mumbai Police but it took a dramatic turn after Sushant’s father lodged an FIR in Bihar. Sushant made serious allegations against Rhea Chakraborty. After which, this case came into the hands of CBI. Thereafter many investigative agencies have involved in it following ED, NCB and NIA.
