New Delhi : The country is rapidly going into unlock mode amid increasing cases of corona. Currently Unlock-4 is going on. Under which all kinds of activities have been exempted. Unlock – 4 had several stages. Unlock-4 was implemented from September 1, where the Metro service was allowed to start from September 7, then there will be some more concessions given from today.
In some states of the country, where school-colleges are going to open from today, 20 pairs of clone trains are also going to start for the convenience of railway passengers. With this, the biggest relief is going to be given to those people, who have any program to be held in future, because from today the limit of participation of people in all kinds of programs has been increased to 100.
The guideline issued by the central government said that social / educational / sports / entertainment / cultural / religious / political ceremonies and other congregations will be allowed from September 21 with a maximum capacity of 100 persons. That is, more people will be allowed to join any program. So far, this permission was only limited to 50 people, due to which people were facing a lot of problems.
20 pair clone trains will run from today
Indian Railways is running 20 pairs of clone trains on certain routes from today. According to the Railway Ministry, these trains will be in addition to labor special and special trains. Clone trains will run between several states including UP, Bihar, Delhi, Punjab. In stations for which there are more passengers, these cloned trains will run to increase the frequency of trains.
Some states are going to open schools
From September 21, schools and colleges are going to be opened in many states of the country. The Union Health Ministry has announced guidelines regarding children’s health in schools. The central government had given permission to open school-colleges for children from 9th to 12th class from 21 September, but due to the situation of Corona in UP, it is currently banned from doing so. But in some states, permission has been given by the government to open schools.
The Central Government had said in the Unlock-4 guidelines that students of class 9th to 12th would be allowed to visit the school, except for the Containment Zone. If the state wants, then 50 percent teaching and non-teaching staff can be asked to come to school. In the unlock-4 guideline, it was also said that students of class IX to XII will be able to go to school only after written permission from parents.
Agra Fort and Taj Mahal will open for tourists
Agra Fort and Taj Mahal will re-open to tourists from Monday. However, during entry, tourists have to follow other rules including social distancing with masks. Explain that in view of the increasing infection of Coronavirus, the Archaeological Survey of India closed the Taj Mahal from 17 March. It has now been decided to open the Taj Mahal from 21 September, Monday. That is, the Taj Mahal is being reopened after a total of 188 days.
In the order issued by the government regarding Unlock-4, it was said that all activities will be allowed outside the containment zone, but right now cinema hall, swimming pool, amusement park, theaters, international air travel ban will remain. It has also been clarified in the order that there will be no restriction on the inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission / approval / e-permit will be required for such movement.
