Pune: A man residing at Bibwewadi was beaten up by his wife’s lover. BIbwewadi police have arrested(man beaten by wife’s lover) two suspects in connection with this incident.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Anil alias Shakti Shivsharan (20) and Nitin Gopinath Fulari (20), both residents of Bibwewadi. The third suspect, Balu Pawar is absconding. The victim has filed a complaint against the three at the Bibwewadi police station. The complainant has been admitted in a hospital for treatment.
According to the police, the victim and suspects live in the Shivtej area of Bibwewadi. Anil Shivsharan had developed a love affair with the victim’s wife. When the complainant came to know about this, he opposed them and asked the two to stay away from each other.
Later, Anil along with his accomplices countered and beat up the victim. Nitin and Balu both threatened the complainant with iron rod and kicked him. Meanwhile, the man has suffered serious injuries in the incident and is undergoing treatment.
