Chandigarh: The haryanvi artist Sapna Choudhary and singer-actor husband Veer Sahu lodged a complaint with Hansi city police station against two youths over indecent remarks made by them on the couple.
In the complaint, Sapna and her husband Veer Sahu have said that a youth named Harsh Chikara posted about them on social media and Naveen Panghal made abusive remarks on that post. Harsh Chikara posted on social media and congratulated the couple for welcoming the new born baby, on which Naveen Panghal made abusive remarks.
Veer Sahu said that he asked Harsh Chikara to remove the post from social media, but he refused to delete the post. A few days later Naveen came live on social media and abused him and also made abusive remarks.
The city police station officer Prabhari Narendra Pal said that he has received a complaint. The complaint includes allegations of personal comments made on social media. Veer Sahu also gave the video as evidence of abuse to the police along with the complaint. The video is being investigated and further investigation is carried out.
The controversy erupted on social media after Sapna was blessed with a baby boy on October 4. The netizen assumed Sapna had a baby out of marriage. She was trolled for the same. However, to clear the air, Sapna’s husband has come in her support. Veer Sahu, husband of Sapna Chaudhary came live on Facebook to respond to the trollers.
Sapna got married to her boyfriend Veer Sahu, Sapna’s in January this year in a closed ceremony but her fans were unaware about it. She was blessed with a baby boy on October 4.
