The Consumer Protection Act 2019 gives the customer the power to fight even those companies which were not in the earlier consumer law. Now customers can lodge their complaint in the Consumer Forum under the new law

E–commerce sites like Amazon and Flipkart are announcing the sale. Consumers have a special need to be vigilant among all the offers and benefits of these online shopping companies.
If e-commerce companies give bad goods to customers, then complaints can be made immediately. According to the e-commerce market expert, this year, attractive and huge discounts will be given in all categories including fashion, gadgets, household items. There will also be a huge discount in beauty and other products. The products may turn out to be bad as well. So one can use this act and avail the rights.
