Pune: Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Sunil Tingre has said that citizens of Dhanori and Lohegaon will get water supply every 3 to 4 days instead of earlier 8 days. This improvement in water supply to the area will come into effect from January 9 (Saturday) as the water supply from Bhama Askhed project to Lohegaon and Dhanori areas commences. Next in line will be Wadgaon Sheri and Viman Nagar areas which will get regular water supply from next month.
Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had recently launched and dedicated the Bhama Askhed dam water supply project to the citizens of Pune city. - Third Phase: Phulenagar, Pratiknagar, Nagpur Chawl, Housing Board areas
