Sikkim: Amid escalated tensions between India and China over border disputes, India has kept its human side up. On 3 September 2020, the Indian Army helped three Chinese civilians who had lost their way in the plateau region of North Sikkim at an altitude of 17,500 feet. The army provided them with medical assistance, oxygen, food, and warm clothes.

While the dragon is doing its best to provoke India and encourage war like situation, the army saved the lives of three Chinese citizens. Apart from this they were to reach their destination.

The three Chinese citizens include two men and a woman who had threat to their life due to zero temperatures, Indian Army soldiers protected them from extreme altitudes and harsh climatic conditions. Indian Army rescued 3 Chinese nationals and showed them their way home.

Indian Army’s gesture is appreciable because currently India is at loggerheads with the Chinese Army on the border. The gesture shows it is their ultimate duty to follow human religion. Few days back India had a violent clash with the soldiers of China on June 15, in which 20 soldiers including a colonel of India were killed. A large number of Chinese soldiers were also killed, although China never officially announced it.
