New Delhi: Bharat Bandh called by the Farmers unions protesting against the center’s three farm laws strike has impacted different parts of the country in many ways, it has also affected many examinations that were to be held on December 8 and December 9. These exams have been postponed. The examinations that have been affected due to the Bharat Bandh include the examinations of the state universities to the national level examinations.
ICAI CA Foundation Examinations Postponement: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the CA Foundation Examination to be held on December 8 due to the Bharat Bandh. According to the notice issued by the institute, this examination will now be held on December 13, 2020.
Osmania University has also postponed the examinations scheduled on December 8. However, the examinations to be held on 9 December will be according to the earlier schedule. While the new dates for the postponed examinations will be announced soon.
The Odisha Public Service Commission has postponed the examinations to be held on December 8 under the state Civil Services Main Examination of General Studies-1 and General Studies Paper-II, papers were to be held on December 8, will now be held on January 2, 2021.
