New Delhi : The number of coronavirus infected in the country has crossed 43 lakhs. In the last 24 hours, 89 thousand 706 new patients of Corona have been found. So far 43 lakh 70 thousand 129 people have been found infected with COVID-19. Within 24 hours, 1115 patients died, after which the number of people who died due to this deadly virus has also increased to 73 thousand 890. It is a matter of relief that 33 lakh 98 thousand 845 people have been cured so far. Currently, there are 8 lakh 97 thousand 394 active cases in the country.
The Union Ministry of Health said that 3,102 corona patients are found in every 10 lakh population in the country. This figure is the lowest compared to other big countries of the world. In Brazil, 19 thousand 514 are found in the same population, 19 thousand 549 in America, 4945 in Mexico, 7063 patients in Russia. According to the ministry, the death rate in the country is 1.70%, which is the lowest in the world.

Over 5 crore sample tests
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), as of 8 September, a total of 51 million tests of coronavirus have been done, of which 11 lakh samples were tested yesterday. The positivity rate is less than 7 percent.

It is a matter of relief that a steady decline in mortality and active case rate is being recorded. The death rate fell to 1.70%. Apart from this, the rate of active cases undergoing treatment has also come down to 21%. With this, the recovery rate has been 78%. The recovery rate in India is constantly increasing.
