GWALIOR : A Family Court in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior has to deal with a strange case after a woman seeking a divorce from her husband claiming the man ‘looks like a ghost’.
According to the woman, she is scared of her husband as when her husband enters the room, she sees a ghost in the room. She is terrified of the fact that the ghost is going to kill her because of which she has decided to leave her husband.
The couple got married in 2018, however, during the lockdown, problems erupted between the two when the woman started seeing ‘ghost’ in her husband. Later, the woman decided to live separately from him. For now, the Family Court is hearing statements over the application. (Gwalior woman)
Till now, cases related to money and property are being heard in the court in which people who have tied the knot for a lifetime start hating each other because of internal problems. But in this case, the situation for the court to take any decision is difficult as it is not about money or property.
The couple had many fights and they increased more in the period of lockdown when everyone was at home for months. The court counsellor is trying to make the couple understand the importance of a family. According to the counsellor, such increases increased during the lockdown.
