Home Minister Amit Shah Discharged from AIIMS After Being Admitted Four Days Ago

Amit Shah has been suffering from post-COVID ailments for a month now. . On Thursday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah was discharged from AIIMs. He was admitted four days back due to breathlessness. According to reports, he has arrived at his home.

He was previously admitted to AIIMS on August 18 after he suffered post-COVID ailments days after his recovery from coronavirus

Amit Shah was admitted around 11 pm on Saturday night and was kept under observation in CN tower, a facility reserved for VVIPs. d Dr Randeep Guleria, director of AIIMS treated the BJP minister.

Amit Shah kept working while admitted in hospitals. Amit Shah was constantly active in his work despite being admitted to AIIMS. On Thursday, Shah laid the foundation stone of a ₹ 229 crore 24X7 water supply scheme in the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat through videoconferencing. This scheme has been started under the ‘Seva Week’ celebrated to commemorate PM Modi’s birthday.

Shah had said, ‘A healthy and prosperous India has always been Modi’s pledge. This scheme reflects the Modi government’s pledge of ‘Har Ghar Jal’, which will give the people of Gandhinagar 24 hours and 365 days of pure drinking water and they will avoid diseases. ‘ Shah had said that everyone should make this ‘seva week’ meaningful with their efforts.

Earlier, on August 2, Shah on Twitter said the he had tested positive for Covid-19, following which he was treated in Medanta Hospital, Gurugram.
