Mumbai: The moment drug angle surfaced in the Sushant’s Singh Rajput case, many Bollywood celebs are summoned. The new name in the list seemed to be of Deepika Padukone on which Kangana Ranaut took a dig and made a comment to which JNU Vice President Shehla Rashid slammed Kangana.

On this, Vice President Shehla Rashid slammed Kangana and tweeted ‘Hello, Doctor Ranaut. Depression is NOT a consequence of drug abuse or a rich kid syndrome. By drawing these imaginary connections, you are stigmatizing those who suffer from depression, and discouraging them from seeking help’.

On Shehla’s tweet, Kangana wrote, ‘I particularly spoke about Deepika’s mental illness case, when you have depression you don’t mess with your brain and consume drugs like she does. There are speculation that Deepika had ordered drugs from her manager. The media reports have alleged that NCB team probing the drug connection has re-stored a long chat between Deepika and her manager Karishma Prakash. In this, Deepika is seeking drugs from Karishma. It also has two people named Amit and Shaill It is not clear who Amit and Shail are. It is being claimed that in this chat Deepika’s codename is D and Karishma’s codename is K.
