More Than 90 Thousand Corona Cases In Single Day, Number Of Patients Crossed 42 Lakhs

New Delhi : India has become the second most corona infected country in the world by beating Brazil. More than 42 lakh cases have been reported here. A record 90,802 new cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 1016 people have lost their lives. America has the highest number of infections in the world right now.

Now the total number of corona infected in the country has increased to 42,04,614. Of these, 71642 people have died. The number of active cases has increased to 8,82,542 and 32,50,429 people have been cured. The number of healthy people is three and a half times more than the number of active cases of infection.

According to ICMR, a total of 49.8 million sample tests of coronavirus have been done till 6 September, out of which 11 lakh samples were tested yesterday. Positivity rate is less than 7 percent. 54% of the cases of coronavirus are in the age group of 18 years to 44 years, but 51% of deaths due to coronavirus occurred in people aged 60 years and above.

Within three months, the number of patients recovering from corona has reached 30 lakhs from 1 lakh. By June 3, one lakh people have recovered. After this, by September 4, 3 million people were recovered. By June 11, the number of patients recovered was 5 lakhs, 10 lakhs till 30 July, 15 lakhs till 10 August, 20 lakhs till 19 August, 25 lakhs till 27 August.

It is a matter of relief that a steady decline in mortality and active case rate is being recorded. The death rate fell to 1.71%. Apart from this, the rate of active cases undergoing treatment has also come down to 21%. With this, the recovery rate i.e. recovery rate has become 77%. The recovery rate in India is constantly increasing.

According to statistics, Maharashtra has the most active cases in the country. More than two lakh infected people are being treated in hospitals in Maharashtra. It is followed by Tamil Nadu at number two, Delhi at number three, Gujarat at number four and West Bengal at number five. These five states have the most active cases. India is second in the world in active case. India is the second most affected country in the world.
