5 drinks which can help you reduce obesity and weight loss

Pune: The changing lifestyles and eating habits has lead to causes of various diseases. One of them is obesity or increasing weight. It is the biggest problem today and millions of crores of people worldwide are suffering from this problem. Obesity can have many causes, including an imbalance between energy intake and energy use. Apart from this, eating more fats and having less appetite can cause weakness and obesity at sometime. Due to lack of physical activity, fat starts accumulating in the body, which causes obesity in the body. Obesity brings many changes in life on a physical and mental level. If it is not taken care of at the right time, it can prove to be harmful to health in the future. Here are five things which can help you stay fit.

• Ghee and lemon with warm water

Taking ghee and lemon mixed with warm water on an empty stomach every morning increases the metabolism of the body, which helps in weight loss. Even experts recommend it, digestive system stay fit as you intake it, which will also relieve constipation problem.

• Drink tea made from these things
Add one teaspoon cumin, one teaspoon fennel seeds, one teaspoon coriander seeds, one cardamom and a little celery in 500 ml of water and boil it till the water content is reduced to half and drink this mixture. Drinking this mixture on an empty stomach every morning will help reduce obesity. The similar mix is present in green tea, one can also opt for green tea.

• Cardamom in hot water

Peel five to six cardamom and soak it in water overnight and boil the same water in the morning. Drinking this water three to four times a day will reduce your obesity. Researchers also suspect that the spice may lower blood pressure due to its diuretic effect, meaning it can promote urination to remove water that builds up in your body which also helps in weight loss. A study in 80 overweight and obese prediabetic women found a link between cardamom and slightly reduced waist circumference.

• Cinnamon tea
Many people drink green tea to reduce obesity. If you drink it mixed with honey and cinnamon, then its benefit is doubled. Consuming it on an empty stomach every morning can help you lose weight. Antioxidants protect your body from oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

• Black pepper tea
Boil black pepper and ginger in hot water for five minutes and then drink it. Now drink honey and lemon juice mixed with it, this helps in reducing obesity. Actually, the piperine present in black pepper helps burn fat. It is also help in metabolism.
