Pune: The critical disease such as heart attack is no more limited to age criteria. Earlier, it used to prevail in adult or senior citizens in the age bracket of 30 onwards. However, the situation has now changed and the risk of getting heart attack has increased in the age bracket. Heart attacks are quite normal these days among children.

Basically, when the blockage of blood takes place in the body, the heart muscles do not work properly and thus people are diagnosed with heart problems causing heart attack. This heart attack prevalence has increased in the pandemic period as they have been sitting for hours without eating anything, due to which the metabolic rate in their body is deteriorating and hypoglycemia causes heart attack in them.

Schools are closed nationwide due to coronavirus pandemic, due to which children are taking online classes. They have to sit in front of a computer or laptop for long hours. Experts point out that sitting in one place for a long time increases the problem of heart attack.

Today’s children have become addicted to mobile phones, which is making their minds weak. Due to this, children may have stress problems and due to stress they may also have heart attacks.

The coronavirus induced lockdown has forced children to stay at home for 24 hours, due to which their routine has completely disturbed. Staying up late at night, playing mobile, playing games in it and then waking up late in the morning, all these things have increased the risk of diseases.

This kind of disturbed routine of children can also cause heart attacks in them. Therefore parents have to pay attention to all these habits of the children and spend time with them. Parents will also have to pay attention to the physical fitness of the children, so that they avoid stress and do not fall prey to disease like heart attack.
