‘We used to go to court with a planned strategy. We have to be vigilant in court hearings. This is not a political issue for me. We have to find a way in this, we have to see how the Maratha community will get reservation again’, said Fadnavis.

Although the decision halts admissions under Maratha quota this year, the bench said that admission to post-graduate courses will not be altered and those who have already taken benefit of the Maratha reservation shall not be disturbed.

The issue of the validity of 16 per cent reservation for the Maratha community under Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) Act of 2018 has been referred to a larger bench.

‘Senior BJP leader Eknath Khadse had to resign in MIDC case not because of me’, added Fadnavis.

He is our senior leader, I won’t criticize him. He resigned in MIDC case and not Manish Bhangale as he has clean chit in it.

The entire government system has come down to fight Kangana. Now the fight with Corona is over and the fight with Kangana is on, said Opposition Leader Devendra Fadnavis to the Thackeray government.
