In this case, all that one needs to do is to make an application through your architect to the concerned authorities in the corporation and get it done.
This decision by the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulation (DCR) recently passed by the Maharashtra government.
The person who is willing to carry a construction can now construct a ground floor and first floor under this rule.
It is however essential that the person gets the plan approved from the corporation through the architect and pays the fees. The corporation without physical checking will also approve the plinth checking after filling the application for it.
