Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has appealed to the public to beware of the divisive policies of the opposition while addressing a virtual meeting. The Chief Minister without naming Congress, SP, and BSP, has said that the opposition is playing divide and rule. The division is in their DNA. They first divided the country and now for their own interest, they are dividing the society in the name of caste, sect, religion, and region.
The Chief Minister through virtual the meeting addressed key office bearers of Mandal, Sector, and Booth in view of the by-election of Deoria Sadar Assembly Constituency at his residence on Saturday. He said that the real beginning of development took place six years ago with the formation of a BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Center. The same work is being done in Uttar Pradesh under the guidance of the Prime Minister. Yogi said that the BJP’s popularity is continuously increasing due to all-round development.
CM added, the interest of the family is paramount, everything else is secondary. BSP and SP, which have been in power in the state for 15 years, had only done corruption and anarchy in the name of achievements. From time to time, these parties have strangled democracy and the constitution in their own interest. They have made big promises of development which are only kept limited slogans and speeches only.
Positive sentiment has arisen in public, which is a not digestible opposition party. It has turned their unhappiness into despair. Therefore, they are adopting every tactic to defame the government. But their plans will never be fulfilled. CM Yogi said that between 1974 and 2017, 50 thousand innocent people of Purvanchal died due to encephalitis. Most of those who died were children of the poor. Nobody ever raised their voice. In just three years, we are on the verge of eradicating encephalitis.
