Mumbai : Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has won the battle against lung cancer. His close friend and trade analyst Raj Bansal gave this information. Sources at Kokilaben Hospital also told this to the media. Sanjay Dutt and his wife Manyata can also declare it officially by evening.
On Monday, 61-year-old Sanju’s positron emission tomography (PET) report came out, in which he was found to be cancer free. PET scan is considered to be the most authentic test of cancer, it shows the condition of the cancer cells of the victim.
What did the hospital sources say?
“Cancer cells have a higher metabolic rate than other cells. This high level of chemical activity causes cancer cells to appear as bright spots on a PET scan. Because of this, PET scans are useful for detecting cancer. It is, at the same time, is also known how much cancer has spread in the body.”
Recently, Sanjay Dutt talked about his illness for the first time in a video. Celebrity hair stylist Aleem Hakim shared a video of Sanjay Dutt on his social media page. In this, Sanjay Dutt had got Alim Introduced and then showing the mark on his forehead, “If you see this, it will be a recent mark of my life, but I will beat it. I will get rid of cancer soon.”
Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on August 8 after having trouble breathing, where he underwent some tests. Three days later, on August 11, it was revealed that he was battling lung cancer.
Treatment was going on at Kokilaben Hospital
According to reports, Sanju was suffering from fourth stage cancer and was undergoing treatment at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. However, he or his family did not confirm this. After the news of Sanju’s illness came to the media, his wife Manyata appealed to the people not to pay attention to the rumors.
Manyata wrote in the post, “I thank all those who have prayed for Sanju’s speedy recovery. We need your prayers in this hour of trouble. This family has already suffered a lot, but I am sure that this time will also pass. My request to all of you is to not pay attention to any rumors of Sanju’s fans.”
