New Delhi: After gruesome incident if Hathras case, the protest has erupted in the entire country to hang the accuse. Even pandemic couldn’t stop people from coming on streets to protest. Hathras gang-rape still not turned consciences of few people as 8 rape cases where reported in 5 different states.
1. Khargone
The incident of kidnapping and gang rape of a 15-year-old girl has come to light in Jhirnya tehsil, 60 km from Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. The 3 accused are absconding. The victim lives with a 19-year-old brother in a hut in the farm. Both of them work in the same farm. The rape was committed by entering the house on the pretext of asking for water. The brother was beaten and the 15 year old sister was gang raped. Thereafter the accused flew the crime scene.
The victim’s kin said, ‘1 o’clock on Tuesday night three young men came, they asked for water to drink. After taking water all three left. Ten minutes later the trio came back and asked for alcohol this time. On refusing, the three took the sister away. When I protested, they beat me. I called the farm owner and family’.
When the family arrived, they started looking for the sister. She was found lying on the way. The victim reported that the three had tied her mouth with a cloth so as not to scream. She was beaten up and later strangled.
2. Khandwa
In Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, a case of raping a minor girl and leaving her in the forest has come to light. The girl, who lives in the Khalwa area, met 19-year-old Rajkumar Korku at the fair. He took her to the farm with a bluff. Rajkumar kept the teenager with him for 11 days and was raped repeatedly. He then fled leaving the girl in the forest of Punasa. Rajkumar is arrested from his house.
3. Sikar
A case of raping a 15-year-old girl for 9 months has come to light in Sikar district of Rajasthan. The accused after complain to the police, took the victim’s mother and sister-in-law from the house for the compromise. The victim said that the accused Bhinwaram once visited the father. He deceitfully fed the father sleeping pills and raped me in the room. He made the Video and blackmailed me and repeatedly raped for 9 months. He also gave this video to a friend.
4. Jaipur
In Jaipur’s Amber area of Rajasthan, three labourers kidnapped a minor going to school and gang raped. According to ACP Saurabh Tiwari, the girl studying in 8th class was going to school on Wednesday afternoon. Two young men named Jeetu and Vikram came on the bike and took her to the rented room. A youth named Kalu was already present here. The three gang-raped the girl and threatened to kill her when she told anyone. The three have been arrested.
5. Ajmer
A case of gang rape with a Dalit woman has surfaced in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The accused held the woman hostage for 8 hours. The victim told the police that she had visited her maternal uncle, where she found Tipu Sultan. He lured her to the farm. Two of Tipu’s companions were already present here. The three together put a cloth in her mouth. After raping for 8 hours, the three accused left her near the house and went away.
6. Lakhisarai
The victim hanged herself after getting raped. Parents are demanding early arrest of the accused. In Bihar’s Lakhisarai district, a student of class IX raped her sister’s friend by calling her home. The victim was a minor. The accused is also a minor and his father is in CRPF. The accused is absconding.
7. Ranchi:
In Ranchi, Jharkhand, a 60-year-old landlord raped a 4-year-old girl from a tenant. The girl was admitted to the hospital. Her condition is stable. The child’s parents worked to sell eggs. Both went out on Wednesday, during which the accused committed the rape. Police has arrested the accused Dinanath Sharma.
8. Azamgarh
A case of rape of a 6-year-old girl has been reported in Jeyanpur in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The police have registered the case and arrested the accused. The victim’s mother said that the girl often went to play at the neighbour’s house. On Wednesday, Mashuq, who lives in the neighborhood, lured the girl to a tent shop away from home Later, he came home and took away his daughter’s clothes and said she would take a shower at my house. The girl felt nothing wrong about it. When the girl came back to take a bath, she was soaked with blood. The condition of the child is critical.
