Pune: The sour belching is a common problem, which occurs in almost everyone at some time. This is because sometimes there is a feeling of severe burning sensation in the throat, stomach and chest. Sour belching means having sour burps and sometimes also feeling nauseated.  Sometimes people consume food and drinks unknowingly how it will affect their stomach. It is believed that eating a high-protein diet and drinking alcohol can also cause sour burps. This also results in digestion problems. If you also have a problem of sour belching then you can try these home remedies. This will give you some relief.

Drink lemonade

Sometimes it happens that sour belching starts as soon as you wake up in the morning. If you also have this problem, then immediately drink a glass of lemonade solution. If you take black salt with lemon-water instead of plain salt, it will work faster. The lemon has anti-acidic nutrients in it which works immediately on an upset stomach.

Eat sweet curd

The curd has antibacterial properties; it will give you immediate relief. If you feel sour in the afternoon then eat sweet curd. This will cool your stomach

Take sugar candy with fennel

Do not consume lemonade and curd at all at night. They can harm you. You can consume sugar candy with fennel at night. You will definitely get relief from this. Actually, fennel makes the digestive system better and does not allow gas to build up, while sugar candy gives the stomach coolness.

Measures to avoid sour belching

The best and most effective way to avoid sour belching is to leave the habit of eating food or drinking water in a hurry. Apart from this, do not eat food with too much salt or oil, drink plenty of water and do not lie down for at least an hour after eating food. All these remedies are for correcting the digestive patterns of the system, because if the digestion is right then there will be no problem of sour belching.
