New Delhi: Ongoing spat over drug controversy in Bollywood has become a political issue, making people to choose sides. After raising this issue by Ravi Kishan’s in lower house, Jaya Bachchan made a counter attack on it upper house. If Hema Malini took Jaya side, BJP Jaya Prada had come in support of MP Ravi Kishan.
Supporting Ravi Kishan statement, MP Jaya Prada raised question on the kind of langauge Jaya Bachchan used for Ravi Kishan. She said, ‘ it is a very objectionable dialect Jayaji used’.
She has also expressed displeasure over the fact that Jaya Bachchan is speaking openly for the firdt time, but when SP leader Azam Khan used a controversial speech against her during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, she never raised her voice against it.
Further slamming Jaya Bachchan, she said Jayaji never spoke a work when Azam Khan used objectionable words against her, infact everyone supported her but she never took a step. This is wrong to speak in one issue and maintain silence in another.
It is also sad to see Jayaji never came in support of Kangana Ranaut.
Jaya Bachchan accused Kangana Ranaut and Ravi Kishan of defaming Bollywood. Jaya got the support of many celebs on her statement, but many opposing voices were also heard. In such a situation, politics on this issue is seen to be intensified.
